On Friday, March 15th, from 5:30-7 p.m., join us for a night of healthy food and exercise in the new year. Sarah Dutton from Mad Hatter Wellness will guide us through some family-friendly Yoga. Her organization’s mission is to “provide learning opportunities that empower people of all abilities with knowledge and skills to make joyful, healthy choices,” and that’s exactly what she’ll be helping us do on March 15th! We’ll also make pita pizzas, and we’ll have time for crafts and other activities. This is a free-will offering event. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one!
