During this Teacher Appreciation Week, Tina Shear and Venita Ditlevson were each presented with bouquets of 30 roses for their 30 years of leadership at St. John's Child Care Center. See photos below. The tulip bouquet is for all the Child Care Center teachers in appreciation for their great work. The Child Care staff was also honored by St. John's at special 'lunch and learn' events last week.
CHI RHO CENTER In April, we had St. John’s Episcopal ladies out for a weekend overnight and meals! The last weekend of April, a Music Meditation group came out for their fourth visit here at camp. In May: We would normally have a guys’ fishing crew for crappies, but I'm not sure what they will do with ice on the lake and not even close to break-up yet! Missionary Circle would like to thank the congregation for the Tall Tower of Towels! Bea Hasselmann delivered 118 towels to a homeless shelter. The Circle will meet again at noon on Wednesday June 6 at Nokomis Square (Marj Sethna's residence) for a potluck lunch. All are welcome!
