When you go shopping for your family, remember the Ramsey families also. We have added a couple of new items—canned corn and peanut butter. Our backpack foods include rice, canned tuna or chicken, canned fruit, mac & cheese and cereal (Cheerios, Rice Krispies and Mini-Wheats).
