will be convened following the budget meeting on January 27. The purpose of this special meeting will be to determine whether to become a Reconciling in Christ congregation. This will occur through a vote on whether to adopt an affirmation of welcome statement. An initial version was circulated for congregational feedback and then revised based on that feedback. A final draft will be available on Sunday, January 20.
Saturday, Feb. 2., 5 p.m.—The Membership Committee will be hosting this first social event of the year. All are welcome to join as we cook and enjoy a meal together (tacos, anyone?) over meaningful conversation and fellowship. A great way to get to know your fellow members better, and meet new folks! A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board outside Fellowship Hall. Child care can be arranged for those interested.
