Upcoming TRUST Youth Activities

St. John’s Youth and Parents: Aug 7-12 -- Mission Trip to Pilgrim Point (on Lake Ida in Alexandria, MN) Participants will leave Sunday and return Friday afternoon. During the week, they'll participate in a variety of service projects, including: working at a food shelf, volunteering at a senior center, or at a local farm, and evening vespers. Led by camp program manager Gigi Nauer, students will participate in discussions about what service means to them, and how God is calling them to serve. Metropolitan Boys Choir Tour

METROPOLITAN BOYS CHOIR of St. John’s will be on tour beginning June 11. The “Ambassadors of Song” will perform at the Air Force Academy Chapel in Colorado Springs on June 11 and will be touring/ singing throughout Colorado until June 18. The Choir and Director Bea Hasselmann ask your prayers on their venture. I Believe…

Together we have been in a two-year process of finding out who we are and whom we shall serve. Together we have worked hard at articulating and claiming our four congregational values of Worshiping, Welcoming, Growing and Serving. Over the past nine months we together set out to find more clarity on whom it is we are called to serve and found laser focus on Serving the children who are adversely affected by the injustices of Hunger and Housing insecurity.
